As a South Tampa native and alumna of the Academy of the Holy Names and Plant High School, Jennifer brings deep local roots and an extensive network of connections throughout the Tampa Bay area. Her lifelong familiarity with the region gives her valuable insight into the unique characteristics and trends of the local real estate market.
A Well-Rounded Perspective
Jennifer earned her B.S. in Outdoor Recreation Management from Brevard College and Appalachian State University and has lived in Asheville and Chicago, experiences that broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to connect with clients. A former educator of Special Needs and Gifted students, she has long been an advocate for children and families, bringing the same compassion and dedication to her real estate career.

Her real estate journey began in 1990 as an assistant to top agents at Smith & Associates. Now, with over six years as a full-time solo agent and more than $98 million in sales, Jennifer combines local expertise, clear communication, and a personable approach to make the buying and selling process smooth and rewarding for every client.
